I read about this yesterday and was flabbergasted. I can't believe telecommunication companies think it's perfectly fine for THEM to choose what websites their customers will see.

have you noticed that yahoo now comes as at&t yahoo messenger? interesting ...

it wouldnt surprise me to see them take over part of the internet and charge people an access fee to use their bandwidth and quote one price as 'a promotion' and then hike the fees and add hidden access charges and taxes..and then pretty soon start charging for using yahoo? after all they are going to start loosing money as people are drifting to the internet phone services that are more reasonably priced like Skype... i did :)
